• Users must provide accurate and truthful information. 

• Managers must ensure attendance and reports are correctly marked. 

• Users must not share confidential data or use the app for unlawful activities. 

4. Location and Data Collection 
By using this app, you consent to the collection of location data when marking attendance, uploading images, and recording bike meter readings. 

5. Prohibited Activities 

• Misrepresentation or falsification of data. 

• Unauthorized access to other users' data. 

• Attempting to disrupt app functionality. 

6. Data Usage and Retention 
We store your data as required for operational and compliance purposes. Users may request data deletion, subject to legal obligations. 

7. Termination 
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user found violating these terms. 

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability 
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from app misuse. 

9. Governing Law 
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, Uttar Pradesh ,Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Allahabad high court.
